Request RMA

Regulations of Return and Exchange you should be aware of before initiating the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization):
① Make sure you already received the package to start the return. If you need to cancel or modify the order, or If you have encountered any problem with receiving the parcel, please send us an email at support@lilysilk.zendesk.com.
② We have a 30-day return window for most items, and return items must be unwashed, unused, and in good condition. Each Order and item can be only returned or exchanged once.
③ Kindly note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Items sold at Clearance price; Silk Underwear, Customized or Monogrammed Items. These customized products are unique and personalized, making them unsuitable for resale or use by other customers.
