Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) Regulations
Please be aware of the following policies before initiating an RMA request:

Make sure you have already received the package before starting the return process. If you need to cancel or modify an order, or have encountered any issues receiving your parcel,please email us at [email protected].

We have a 14-day return window for most items. Returned items must be unwashed, unused,and in good condition.Each order and item can only be returned or exchanged once.*Holiday Return Policy: Purchases made between November 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, can be returned or exchanged until January 15, 2026. Holiday returns are still subject to our full return policy.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items sold at clearance price
- Silk underwear
- Customized or monogrammed items
- Items over the allowed return window
- Disposable non-returnable tags have been removed, broken or damaged, etc.
