1. How to use my coupon code?

First, you need to add the items to the shopping cart and view the shopping cart page. You will see Coupon code blank at the top of Order Summary part. Enter the coupon code exactly and click the APPLY button.

If you input a valid coupon code, there is a note on the page to remind you that the code work successfully and the order summary including price will be updated.

If your coupon code could not work, the page note will show the reason.

The code could not be used on items on sale.

2. When I was checking out, I forgot to use my coupon code, what should I do?

If you forgot to use your coupon code, please send e-mail to service@lilysilk.com. We will check that if the coupon can work for your order. If yes, we will arrange the refund for you.If not, we will tell you the reason.

3. What should I do to get the coupon code for new customers?

To get our 15% coupon code for new customer, please sign in our newslettter firstly.

●Please check the red banner ”GET 15% OFF” at the left side of our site.

●Type your e-mail address, and then click “SIGN UP”.

Later you will receive an e-mail with coupon code. Please kindly note that sometimes the e-mail will be delayed because of the system. In this case, please wait patiently. Otherwise please check your trash, or send e-mail to us: service@lilysilk.com.

4. Why I can not use my coupon code?

Firstly, we hope you can understand that not all of our coupon codes can be applied to all products, as well as the website. You need to use the coupon codes on the corresponding website.

If you can’t use the coupon code, you can confirm the prompt message on the web page.

If it states “Invalid coupon code, please try again“, that means your code is inexistent, you can check whether there is something wrong with your word spelling.

If it states “The promotion code cannot be applied to these items due to them already being in promotion. Please not this code can only be used on items *not* already in promotion“, that means your code cannot used for the products with discouts, you need to select the products that accord with the conditions.

5.Is there any restriction on 15%-off code for first order?

①The validity of such code is 10 days and the expiry date will be noted on the email which notifies you the coupon code.

②The 15%-off code is only valid for your first order on www.lilysilk.com and can only be used once.

③The 15%-off code can’t be used for items that have been discounted already.

④This code can only be applied for the present order, not for previous orders.

6. How to get your special coupon code?

①You can sign up for our newsletter. We’ll inform you of our latest promotion (sometimes includes special offer for you) by newsletter irregularly.

②You can also follow us on Facebook as we sometimes post special coupon codes for our followers. Some bloggers who have cooperation with us will post codes on Instagram as well.

③We have affiliate program and our cooperative publishers usually offer special coupon codes to customers.
