I recently purchased the Sand washed Trench Dress from Lilysilk. As always, the product quality is incredible. The fabric is very smooth and falls nicely. The design as a trench makes it versatile, and it can be worn as an evening dress or as a trench coat. Looks great either way. I ordered a size L; I am 5’2, 165lbs and wanted a regular fit. I really love this trench coat dress. The silk feels really nice. The quality of Lilysilk is always great. The actual color is brighter than my picture since I took the picture at night. My favorite thing is actually the two big side pockets. The coat can also be a dress, and it looks so cute with a pair of sandals. The length also works perfect for me. The Sand-washed Pocket Trench Dress is very soft...and was longer than I expected. It extended to about mid-calf or even slightly longer. I'm between sizes so I sized up...and after doing that, figured out that I can't really wear it as a dress...it just would look too awkward/big. But it will make a very nice light coat/jacket for spring/fall days. The material is high quality, machine-washable, sustainable silk and has held up well in the wash without any shrinkage or loss of shape. Both were size Large (I am US 12) and do not gap in the bodice nor ride up in length. Both are classic styles so I expect them to remain in my wardrobe for a long time.
