I absolutely love the silk sleeping cap. I have bleached, damaged hair, so I've been trying to protect it. I do wake up with less frizziness on my hair and it's easier to manage in the mornings. I also like that you can tie it to your desired tightness. It's expensive but in my opinion it's definitely worth the price tag.

So so so amazing! I've bought sleeping caps off Amazon before but Lily Silks's quality is unmatched, I can feel the difference in my hair and the fact that this sleeping cap is adjustable helps a ton. If you have a smaller head and would still like to wear a sleeping cap this is the one! it never comes off and does not bother me in my sleep. I often get irritated with stuff touching my neck while I sleep and this cap helps keep everything out of the way so I can sleep comfortably. The price is totally worth it!

I love this sleeping bonnet! It remains in place through the night without elastic! You can adjust how tight or loose you want it by simply tying it in the back. I bought the pink, & it’s a beautiful dusty rose pink. If you’re looking for a sleeping bonnet without elastic to protect your hair, I highly recommend this one!
