These are the only pants where I have had this experience, and I have bought a TON of custom made pants form Lily Silk. So, if your thighs are on the larger side, these pants may not be the best match for you. The material is also very thin, so if your thighs are on the larger side, you will risk ripping the seamed areas over time. To give you an idea, I am 5'5' and usually about 113-116 pounds. I think these pants are best suited for ladies with really thin legs/thighs. I got them to match the chocolate spread collar silk shirt, and they pair very nicely together specially if you are a brunette with olive skin.
