Pre-Sale Items
If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until

pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.

Please add 4 additional business days to your shipping time when you have
requested
for a monogramming service.
Customs and Import Duties
Every so often, there are times when extra customs or import duties are
inevitable.

Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.
A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your
