Bust

Measure loosely around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist

Measure around your waist at its narrowest point.

Hips

Measure around your hip at the widest part of the hipbones.

Arm

Measure from the highest point of your arm to the wrist bone.

Leg Length

Measure from your waist to the ankle.

Inseam Length

The distance from the uppermost part of your thigh to your ankle. It is easiest to measure the inseam based on a well-fitting pair of pants. Measure from the crotch to the cuff on the inside seam of the leg.

Shoulder Width

Measured from one side of the body to the other, just above the top part of the shoulder blades. It is measured parallel to the ground in a straight line across the back.

Torso Length

Tilt your head forward and feel for the bony bump where the slope of your shoulders meets your neck. This is your 7th cervical (or C7) vertebra—and the top of your torso length.Measure from this top to the waist, that is your torso length.

Height

Measure your height when you are barefoot and keep your body straight.
