Can I choose a shirt with short sleeves and breast pockets?

Unless you are a national leader who has to sacrifice his image sometimes, you had better be away from short sleeves. Actually short sleeves bring no much cool to you than long sleeves do.

As for breast pockets, there is nothing wrong with them but out of fashion. The brand which still keeps breast pockets is kind of low.
