Worry-Free Delivery®
Service Overview
Worry-Free Delivery® is an optional shipping protection service offered in partnership with Seel, a trusted third-party protection provider.
By paying an additional 2% of your order value at checkout, your shipment will be covered by Seel against certain unexpected issues during transit, with a streamlined claims process and added coverage.
Please note that LILYSILK will continue to assist customers with delivery-related issues even if Worry-Free Delivery® is not purchased. This service provides additional coverage and faster resolution for eligible shipping-related issues.
What Does Worry-Free Delivery® Cover?
If you have purchased Worry-Free Delivery®, compensation may be provided under the following circumstances, subject to review and verification:
Lost Package or Theft
Your package may be considered lost or stolen under the circumstances outlined below. Once your claim is verified, you will be eligible for a full refund (100% of the order value).
- Lost in Transit: If your package has not been delivered within 60 days from the shipment date and tracking information shows abnormal status or no further updates.
- Report Deadline: Please submit your claim within 90 days of the shipment date.
- Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking information shows the package as delivered, but you did not receive it.
- Report Deadline: Within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- Note: All claims are subject to verification based on tracking information and supporting documentation. Final compensation decisions are made by Seel.
Damaged Package Upon Delivery
If your package arrives damaged due to shipping-related issues, compensation will be assessed based on the extent of the damage. The compensation amount will not exceed the value of the affected package.
- Report Deadline: Within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Note: This coverage excludes pre-existing product issues or damage that occurs after delivery. Final payout decisions are made by Seel’s assessment team.
Package Delayed
If your package has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipment date, you may be eligible for USD $5 in compensation.
- Report Deadline: Please submit your claim within 90 days of the purchase date. Claims will be reviewed based on tracking information and other relevant details.
- Note: Filing a delay claim does not affect your eligibility for future lost or damaged package claims. All payouts are subject to Seel’s final review and approval.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive incorrect or missing items, compensation will be provided for the value of the affected item(s).
- Report Deadline: Within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Note: If your order is shipped in multiple packages, items delivered in separate shipments are not considered missing.

Faq
Can I cancel my Worry-Free Delivery® purchase?
If you wish to cancel your Worry-Free Delivery® coverage without returning your items, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped, the Worry-Free Delivery® fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel part of your order before shipping, the Worry-Free Delivery® fee for the canceled items will not be refunded.
If you cancel your entire order before shipping, the Worry-Free Delivery® fee will be fully refunded.
