a 45-day return policy to guarantee 100% satisfaction. We've made the
return process super easy.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Shipping is free on your 1st return. LILYSILK will provide you with
a prepaid return label for free. And you need to postmarked and
return the package within 45 days from the purchase date.
After you have already enjoyed the free return once, you will be
responsible for the return postage for the additional returns, and
you are suggested to choose the economical way to return. But a
refund for the return postage will be given in the instance of
incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If you received incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please send us
an email and attach clear photos of the items that verify a quality
issue first. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our
customer service team.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign in to your LILYSILK account to find “My RMA” or Click
Request RMA directly.
2. Click “Request New Return” and choose the order to initiate a
return.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason,
condition, resolution, and submit.
4. After you have submitted the return, please kindly wait for the
approval, and the prepaid return label will be offered for your
1st return
. Please print the RMA packing slip and enclose it inside the return
package, and also print the return label if you get one and securely
tape it on the outside of your return package.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your
nearest post office.
NOTE: If you need to return it to us at your own cost, you can use
any shipping method you like, make sure it's postmarked no later
than 45 days from the purchase date.
