Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for the return postage. you can use any shipping method you like. But a refund for the return postage will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If you received incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please send us an email and attach clear photos of the items that verify a quality issue first. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign in to your LILYSILK account to find “My RMA” or Click Request RMA directly.
2. Click “Request New Return” and choose the order to initiate a return.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, condition, resolution, and submit.
4. After you have submitted the return, please kindly wait for the approval. Once approved, please print the RMA packing slip and enclose it inside the return package.
5. Arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

How do I make a return?
1. We accept returns postmarked within 60 days of the original purchase date. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items on clearance,②Silk Underwear,③Customized Items,④Monogrammed Items.
3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.
When will I be refunded?
1. Please kindly noted that the refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us. The actual price will be affected by the discount or promotion, coupon code, LILYSILK points and so on you have applied at the time when you purchased.
2. For a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
3. If the value of the remaining products of your order is less than $45, a $10 shipping postage will have to be deducted from the refund of the returned items.
When will the exchanged items be shipped out?
For exchange, the new items will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). And for the estimated shipping time, please refer to the shipping time for the normal orders.
Where can I return?
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Note: Please make sure that you will return the package to our agreed return address. Or it will affect the processing of your return.
Will you charge a return handling fee for the return or exchange?
No, there is no return handling fee. However, customers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
How does the silk pillowcase 100 night trial work?
LILYSILK wants our beauty babes to love our silk pillowcases just as much as we do! If for some reason you don't fall in love with your silk pillowcase, here's what to do:
1. If you don’t absolutely love your new silk pillowcase, simply post your silk pillowcase back to us to receive a full refund. (Please note our 100-night trial is only offered on our 22mm and 25mm silk pillowcases).
2. Original proof of purchase will be required, our 100-night trial is strictly limited to one return per household. LILYSILK never resells used items, your returned pillowcase will be donated to a charity of our choice.
3. Unfortunately clearance and flash sale items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. All sales on reduced stock are final.
4. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
