A confirmation email of your order details will be sent to you once received. We will begin to process your order as soon as possible, which you will be able to track from 'Track Order Details'.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your item is shipped out.

The delivery time does not include the required processing time. (which is usually 2 working days)

If you have requested an item to be customized or monogrammed, please allow four or more working days within the processing time.

Processing time may take 1–2 additional business days during peak seasons and holidays.

Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses(APO, FPO).

Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address, as later changes may result in additional charges.

Shipping Update: As we complete an annual warehouse upgrade, some orders placed after February 12 may require an additional 4–15 business days for delivery. Most orders shipped from our U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses will be processed as usual.

Pre-Sale Items

If your order contains pre-sale items, your order will not be shipped until the pre-sale items are in stock. We're sorry that we do not support split shipment at the moment.

Monogramming Items

Please add 4 additional business days to your shipping time when you have requested for a monogramming service.

Customs and Import Duties

Every so often, there are times when extra customs or import duties are inevitable. If you do incur charges, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected].

Please send us a copy of the customs duties receipt via email.

A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
