Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Shipping is free on your 1st return. LILYSILK will provide you with
a prepaid return label for free. And you need to postmarked and
return the package within 45 days from the purchase date.
After you have already enjoyed the free return once, you will be
responsible for the return postage for the additional returns, and
you are suggested to choose the economical way to return. But a
refund for the return postage will be given in the instance of
incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

an email and attach clear photos of the items that verify a quality
issue first. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our
customer service team.
How do I make a return?
1. Sign in to your LILYSILK account to find “My RMA” or Click
Request RMA directly.
